Project Engineer - Mechanical

Summary: The Project Engineer - Mechanical role is based in Bristol and requires proven experience in a disciplined engineering role within industrial plant environments, particularly in nuclear or conventional project engineering. The position demands a strong understanding of engineering standards and safety regulations, along with experience in contract management and project delivery. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in a disciplined engineering role (Mechanical, Electrical, C&I, or Civil) within industrial plant environments.
• Experience in nuclear and/or conventional project engineering.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards (company and/or national).
• Working knowledge of Safety Rules, Risk assessment methodologies, Site Licence requirements, Quality Management Systems, and CDM Designer role.
• Experience in Contract management and Project delivery.
• HNC / Degree or equivalent (NQF Level 5/6) in an Engineering discipline.
