Summary: The Project Engineer role within the Global Engineering Operations team focuses on leading projects that introduce new equipment and major improvements while ensuring high manufacturing standards. The position emphasizes alignment with volume forecasts and operational cost reduction, driving project engineering activities in accordance with company strategy, particularly in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to support automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support AWC automation projects.
- Lead process development and new equipment integration.
- Oversee FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ validation.
- Conduct design reviews with vendors.
- Maintain change control systems.
- Support production output and delivery.
- Execute tasks for new process introduction.
- Identify and deliver Lean process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and EHS standards.
- Drive continuous improvement opportunities.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in automation/process engineering.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or similar problem-solving approach.
- Proficient in SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, CAD.
- Trained in IQ, OQ, PQ validation.
- Knowledge of GAMP5, FDA, MHRA, EHS regulations.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
