Summary: The Project Engineer role involves designing, executing, and managing small capital investment projects in the food manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and produce specifications for tender submissions.
• Oversee the tendering process and manage contract negotiations.
• Prepare and submit Capital Submissions, tracking expenditures and timelines.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure project execution.
• Identify and manage project risks and conflicts.
• Approve designs for compliance with safety standards.
• Review and approve RAMS and manage on-site safety protocols.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and legal compliance.

Key Skills:

• Engineering Qualification (Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• Strong experience with CAPEX project delivery in food manufacturing, FMCG, or engineering industries.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and high-risk activities on-site.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
