Job DescriptionRole overview This campaign tracking programme comprises multiple workstreams across 18 markets and in 2024 our aim is to expand the programme into new markets.This Project Director s role will be to implement global governance, effective ways of working, efficient process and operational excellence that can be scaled. As such the role is crucial to the accelerated growth of the programmeThis role will be offered on an initial 1 year fixed term contract with the possibility to extend or go permanent.What will I be doing? You will be part of the Brand and Comms Project Management team, managing the PM team aligned to the Creative Excellence service lineYour key account is a Streaming Service Provider.You will be leading the programme, alongside the Client Service Directors, and supporting its expansion from 18 markets to a global study.Working closely with the Client Programme Director, Client Services and Research & Data Solutions teams, you will oversee the Governance and End to End processYou will ensure that we are effectively managing the multiple stakeholders and teams across Ipsos, the client and suppliers.In addition, you will ensure that the project runs efficiently to specification and to budget.You ll be joining a team who are passionate about improving processes and have a creative way of challenging the status quo to find smarter ways of working.You will be responsible for the end-to end delivery of the programme:Programme design, management and execution: working in partnership with the client on expectations and anticipated outcomesUltimate accountability for the set-up and design of the PM teamResponsible for change management (the programme is modular and complex).Ensure project teams deliver regular updates for all studies/waves and are proactively looking for solutions that the updates are highlightingManage the process for delivering complex fieldwork techniques, sampling approaches.Use and direct others in the application of advanced project management techniques and tools.Designing efficient and effective ways of working and implementing them across the project and client service teamsDevelop a communication plan, working closely with global Ipsos Hubs and Operational teamsEnsure clear and regular communication across the wider Hubs/Project teamsOversee the work of junior team members on the programme; ensure quality of outputs. Lead and direct knowledge transfer, personal development of team members and achievement of team goalsBuild enduring client partnerships that stand the test of time. Working with clients at any level.Lead costings and provide input on pricing decisions (based on project actuals and experience) Ensure client satisfaction and represent Ipsos in a professional and ethical manner at all times.What do I need to bring with me? Quantitative project management experience of large multi-market programmes at Director level.Drive and ambition, seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge (and that of the wider team), and continually drive improvement Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to vary communication style across audiences, Strong client management skills. Able to bring value to client meetings and provide a trusted point of contact for clients when it comes to project implementation and executionStrong organisational skills demonstrate flexibility, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks in order to achieve team and business requirementsAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to disseminate complex informationConfidence with managing budgets and financesBe a positive thinker with a can do, solution-focused attitudeGood team playerProficient in using all Microsoft Office applicationsExperience of working with offshoring teams and Global operational teamsEnthusiasm for the role, team and life in generalWhat is in it for me?
