Our client is looking for a Project Data Analyst to join their team and support the execution of an Offshore Wind Farm. The Project Analyst will work within the Project Services team to support the successful construction and commissioning of the project. Key areas of focus for the Project Analyst include: reviewing and analysing performance data provided by main Contractors, trend analysis and provision of insights to the Project Leadership Team, Project Board and JV partners on opportunities to improve performance. You will be required to handle large volumes of complex data and employ analytical skills to draw recommendations for senior stakeholders within the project and the wider business.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analysis of large volumes of data related to fabrication, assembly, installation and commissioning progress.Collaborating with project stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements, providing a range of regular consolidated reports and data to the Senior Project Manager, Package Managers and Project Management Team.Developing dashboards and data visualisation platforms for senior project stakeholdersPerforming light touch project management of mini projects , driving delivery and reporting on these on a regular basis.Identifying trends in data and providing recommendations for actions to improve Contractor performance based on data analysis.RequirementsPrevious experience in a Project / PMO Analyst role supporting fast paced, complex projects.The ability to synthesis large amounts of complex data and produce clear and concise information and recommendations to Senior Management to support informed, evidence-based decision making.Excellent Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Azure Dev Ops skillsAn understanding of Project Planning, Risk Management and Cost Control practices on complex Projects.An understanding of Project governance methods and the end-to-end Project Lifecycle.
