Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for capital project teams utilizing corporate services.
- Assist with contracting and financial compliance matters.
- Gather and review contracting plans for procurement actions.
- Monitor Contract Action Requests and address issues during reviews.
- Develop Purchasing Requisitions and Purchase Orders related to agreements.
- Close Purchase Orders with vendors upon completion of work.
- Process and apply cost control to vendor payments.
- Generate reports and prepare presentations on contractual matters.
- Coordinate with other departments to secure project support.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and consistency in work.
- Highly organized with effective schedule management skills.
- Ability to analyze factors and make sound recommendations.
- Proficient in business software applications; experience with SAP Ariba is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills in English.
