This is an exciting Project Coordinator opportunity to join a global technology services organisation, supporting testing activities across an IFS transition programme.
As Project Coordinator, you will provide hands-on coordination and administrative support throughout the testing lifecycle, working closely with business users, functional consultants, technical teams and project stakeholders.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining test scripts, coordinating test execution, monitoring progress, managing test evidence, tracking defects and producing regular testing reports.
To succeed as a Project Coordinator, you will need previous experience supporting transition/implementation projects within an ERP, business applications or enterprise systems environment, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Previous IFS or IFS Cloud experience is desirable but not essential.
Key Skills as Project Coordinator:
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Test Coordinator, or similar role within an ERP or enterprise applications environment.
- Practical experience supporting and coordinating SIT, UAT and regression testing.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate business testers, chase actions and proactively escalate testing risks and blockers.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience using test, project or defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail or similar.
- Previous IFS / IFS Cloud experience is desirable, alongside experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes.
