Summary: The Project Coordinator for Workplace Relocation will support the planning, scheduling, and control of a complex, multi-workstream project in the Oil and Energy industry. This role involves building and maintaining integrated schedules, providing forecasting and insights, and supporting governance for the Project Director and senior stakeholders. The position requires strong project planning skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. The contract is set to last until December 31, 2026, with a possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimise integrated schedules using recognised planning tools.
- Define logic, dependencies, and critical path aligned to scope; analyse impacts, risks, and constraints.
- Track progress and produce forecasts, progress reporting, and look ahead plans for project reviews.
- Monitor critical path activities across procurement, logistics, fabrication, shipping, site installation, and commissioning sequences.
- Provide planning assurance, governance inputs, and best practice support to project teams.
- Support change control by assessing schedule impacts of scope/execution changes.
- Own the master integrated plan across workstreams; coordinate workstream leads to deliver a coherent schedule.
- Hold workstream leads accountable for plan quality and updates; facilitate alignment and dependency management.
- Support workstream leads to develop recovery plans when slippage or risk is identified.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in project planning/scheduling in complex, multi-workstream environments.
- Advanced capability in building and managing integrated schedules in Microsoft Project.
- Strong knowledge of planning methodologies, project controls, and governance/change control.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Role Overview: Support the planning, scheduling, and control of a complex, multi workstream project. You will build and maintain an integrated schedule, provide forecasting and insight, and support governance and decision making for the Project Director, core project team and senior stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Develop, maintain, and optimise integrated schedules using recognised planning tools including contractor Level 3 and 4 schedules, interface management registers, and multi-party dependencies (EPC contractors, equipment vendors, logistics providers, commissioning teams)
- Define logic, dependencies, and critical path aligned to scope; analyse impacts, risks, and constraints
- Track progress and produce forecasts, progress reporting, and look ahead plans for project reviews and forums
- Monitor critical path activities across procurement, logistics, fabrication, shipping, site installation, and commissioning sequences.
- Track long-lead equipment progress against need dates
- Provide planning assurance, governance inputs, and best practice support to project teams
- Support change control by assessing schedule impacts of scope/execution changes and preparing clear inputs for decision forums
- Own the master integrated plan across workstreams; coordinate workstream leads to deliver a coherent, high quality schedule
- Hold workstream leads accountable for plan quality and updates; facilitate alignment and dependency management, escalating clashes and constraints
- Support workstream leads to develop recovery plans when slippage or risk is identified
