Summary: The Project Coordinator role focuses on supporting the Technology Delivery and Commercial team in managing IT Infrastructure projects and commercial requests. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and third-party organizations to ensure effective project execution and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and experience in IT project administration. This is a six-month contract based in Manchester, requiring four days of on-site work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistency in all quotations produced.
  • Ensure adherence to standard ServiceNow data flow processes.
  • Escalate any deviations from the standard ServiceNow process.
  • Develop clear and relevant dashboards to demonstrate team workload.
  • Maintain consistency in commercialisation of all external quotations.
  • Build and sustain relationships with third-party customers.
  • Keep all commercial finance spreadsheets up to date, ensuring alignment with current commercial rates.
  • Hold Project Managers accountable for delivering all commercial requests.
  • Ensure timely acknowledgment of all IT requests.
  • Escalate and act upon urgent requests.
  • Log and acknowledge all CCTV footage requests.
