Overview

We are working with a leading global organisation seeking a Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst to support a large-scale programme of infrastructure and data centre projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project support, PMO or project coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

The role will involve supporting Project Managers with governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination and project administration across multiple initiatives.

Up to £400/day (Inside IR35)

Duration: Initial contract until year-end

Location: London

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of multiple projects.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder forums.
  • Maintain project plans, documentation, RAID logs and action trackers.
  • Produce regular project status reports and management updates.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies and key project milestones.
  • Ensure project governance processes are followed and documentation remains up to date.
  • Support steering committee and governance meetings, including preparation of packs and meeting minutes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across technology, operations and business teams.
  • Monitor project deliverables and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Provide PMO support across a portfolio of infrastructure-related projects.

Experience Required

  • Experience working as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, PMO Analyst or PMO Coordinator.
  • Previous experience within a data centre/infrastructure environment
  • Exposure to ServiceNow is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting and documentation.
  • Experience maintaining RAID logs, action trackers and project plans.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting technology, infrastructure or business change projects.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
