Key Responsibilities:

  • Completion of on-boarding training and compliance with Project Delivery handbook.
  • Updating project files with monthly reporting and audit information.
  • Updating NEC workflow tool (CEMAR) and managing early warning registers.
  • Ensuring timely completion of goods receipting and payment applications.
  • Providing document control support and maintaining project documentation.
  • Ensuring adherence to information management protocols and security procedures.
  • Facilitating communication between design and site teams.
  • Managing internal document containers and access permissions.
  • Regularly auditing site records for compliance.
  • Generating and issuing reports as required.
  • Managing version control and approval processes for documentation.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a project support role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Teams.
  • Evidenced experience of delivering project support services.
  • Level 4 Associate Project Management qualification.
  • Desirable: Foundation Level in contract management (Government Commercial College).
  • Desirable: Experience of NEC Suite of Contracts.

Detailed Description From Employer:

(Project Support Co-ordinator – 12 months – London Hybrid - £market rates)

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Support Co-Ordinator to work on a hybrid basis with on-site in London approx. 2 days per week.

Role Specific Activities

These deliverables set out below are required to be provided by the Consultant:

  • Completion of on-boarding training including familiarisation and compliance with Project Delivery handbook.
  • Updated project file with all monthly reporting completed
  • Fully developed project file with all information required for audit
  • Update NEC workflow tool (CEMAR) including early warning register/tracker.
  • Ensure goods receipting completed/ applications for payment processed on time.
  • Document Control Support -
  • Support the Client Team in ensuring all project documentation & information is controlled and maintained in a methodical manner and issued within agreed timescales and processes.
  • Ensure company and project information management protocols and security procedures are followed (including but not limited to the information handling plans), including ensuring that every document has the appropriate marking.
  • Provide communication liaison for the design and site teams including key documentation and handover information.
  • Support the Client Team with the required workflow process, i.e., RFI, Change Control and other information exchanges.
  • Manage the internal document containers within the Project file structure including management of internal and external access permissions.
  • Manage registers and audit site records regularly to ensure compliance with our processes and procedures.
  • Generate and issue reports to internal/external parties when required.
  • Manage version control, ensuring accuracy of documentation.
  • Ensure proper approval processes of relevant documentation.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a project support role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Teams

Qualifications Required:

  • Evidenced experience of delivering project support services and/or Level 4 Associate Project Management qualification
