Summary: The Project Coordinator role is a temporary position based in London, focusing on supporting the Operations function of a leading global media organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational projects across the business.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and reporting trackers.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal processes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with resource planning and scheduling activities.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and project governance materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and project delivery practices.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and organisation.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support, PMO Analyst, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
