Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day coordination support to project and bid teams
  • Assist with the planning, tracking and reporting of project and bid activities
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and reviews, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Support the production and submission of bids, PQQs and tender documentation
  • Manage documentation, ensuring version control and compliance with internal processes
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to support both delivery and work winning objectives
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers and reports across projects and bids

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a project coordination, project support or similar role
  • Exposure to a work winning, bidding or tendering environment is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
