Project Compliance Lead - 0.5 FTE

Summary: The Project Compliance Lead will oversee compliance for a project aimed at providing the UK with reliable aeronautical information to ensure safe aviation activities. This role requires collaboration within a blended team and the ability to deliver pragmatic compliance solutions within an Agile framework. The position is hybrid, requiring site presence approximately one day per week in Bristol, Malvern, or London. Candidates must hold SC Clearance and be UK Nationals only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulations, legislations, and standards for the delivered solution.
• Provide pragmatic solutions to achieve required compliance levels.
• Collaborate within a blended team of customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, offering recommendations and direction.
• Inform prioritization of work to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in Agile development frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).
• Familiarity with Defence Aeronautical Information Authority (DAIA) and Military Aviation Authority (MAA).
• Knowledge of EU 2017/373, RA1030, ED 76 A (or B), and awareness of ED 153 and ED 215.
• Ideally knowledge of Aeronautical Information Exchange Module (AIXM).
