About The Role
Applications are invited for an experienced coordinator to join the Project Delivery Team in Education Services on a fixed term maternity cover basis. Education Services is part of the University's professional services and provides support to students and staff across the University and Colleges. In this role you'll provide administrative and project support across the whole range of projects in which the team is involved, working closely the colleagues on the project delivery team and with teams across Education Services, and stakeholders across the Collegiate University, to support the effective delivery of projects and change programmes.
About The Team
The Project Delivery team is a small group of project managers who deliver, or support the delivery, of a range of transformational projects across Education Services in areas such as assessment, admissions and student support. Projects can range from small, simple enhancements to major change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across and beyond the University.
About You
You will have experience of working in organisational, administrative and/or project roles. You will be an experienced user of the Microsoft office suite. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to manage your own workload and maintain accurate records of project activities. You will have effective data analysis skills for example using tools such as Excel and Qualtrics. You will be able to work effectively across a range of projects and with a range of colleagues.
