Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team on a fixed term (13 month) basis.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop a career in project management, client delivery or pensions consulting. You'll work alongside experienced project professionals, supporting a wide range of client projects and helping to deliver high-quality outcomes for some of the UK's leading pension schemes.
What will your role look like?
As a Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with senior project managers, project managers and consultants across our Actuarial Private business unit to support the successful delivery of a wide range of client projects.
You'll help coordinate project activity, maintain project documentation, organise meetings and liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure projects remain on track.
Key Responsibilities
- supporting project managers with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of client projects.
- assisting with the development and maintenance of project plans, trackers and other project documentation.
- monitoring project progress and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
- liaising with clients, suppliers and colleagues to help progress actions and deliverables.
- organising project meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating papers and producing meeting notes.
- maintaining project files and SharePoint sites, ensuring appropriate version control and document management processes are followed.
- providing project administration support during client and internal meetings.
- supporting client billing processes, including drafting invoices for review.
- contributing to process improvement activities and helping the team identify opportunities to work more efficiently.
- building your knowledge of project management tools, techniques and best practice.
- supporting knowledge sharing and collaboration across the wider project management team.
- adhering to the firm's Information Security standards, policies and procedures.
Experience and Skills

Additional Information
Experience of project management methodologies or qualifications such as PRINCE2 would be beneficial but is not essential.
