Summary: A Public Sector organisation is looking for a Project & Assurance Officer for a 6-month fixed-term contract, offering a salary of £44,000 pro rata. Key Responsibilities:
- Help process and validate grant claims, ensuring compliance with funding eligibility rules
- Assess adequacy and accuracy of evidence provided for grant claims
- Maintain clear records of checks and decisions taken
- Work with members of the Strategic Partnership to improve the accuracy and quality of information provided
- Support the development of assurance processes and compliance checks
- Coordinate external audits – working effectively with member organisations to provide information to auditors
- Maintain and update grant management systems and databases
- Assist with the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans, performance dashboards, and programme reports.
