Summary: Unilabs is seeking a Project Analyst to enhance operational efficiency within its diagnostic services across Europe. The role involves analyzing laboratory diagnostics operations and logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement optimized solutions. The Project Analyst will also be responsible for data collection and analysis to support strategic decision-making and streamline logistics operations. Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project risks, budgets and progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Support with the route optimization initiatives
- Analyze and provide insights into the different parameters (e.g. visit frequency, trip duration, etc.)
- Support in collection and processing of the data for KPIs dashboard (cost, service)
- Support in data collection and design of the dashboard related to quality KPIs for logistics (e.g. customer complaints, delays, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and support solution design wherever needed
- Provide insights through data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement on an as-needed basis
- Conduct detailed analysis of logistics and supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to present logistics data to stakeholders
- Collaborate with project managers and teams across departments to identify project requirements and support the implementation of operational optimisation projects
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive alignment on logistics initiatives
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support effective decision-making
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project analysis or supply chain/logistics analysis
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in process mapping and flow charting to document current logistics processes
- Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving orientation
- Experience in logistics or healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
