Summary: The role of Project Administrator involves providing temporary project support within the engineering department of a well-established company in Wrexham. The administrator will coordinate project activities, manage SAP processes, and assist with reporting and documentation. This position requires strong administrative skills and extensive knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office. The role is expected to last for six months, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising purchase requisitions in SAP
- Receipting purchase orders in SAP
- Assisting teams with preparation of presentations and reports
- Reporting spend against SAP internal orders
- Utilising the Excel forecasting tool
- Maintaining project approval documentation on the Document Management System
- Liaising with sub-contractors and internal accounts team regarding monthly invoices/queries
Key Skills:
- Prior experience providing project support
- Strong administrative background
- Extensive SAP knowledge
- Extensive Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to create presentations in PowerPoint
- Ability to create Excel reports
