Job Description We are seeking a proactive administrator to join our regional Social Infrastructure projects team with the role based at our project office in Loughton, with some travel required to local site offices. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and project support to the team. This diverse role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a large team to deliver a regional planned refurbishment and remediation projects and will include opportunities to develop and enhance your personal and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities Tasks can include but are not limited to the following:

  • Document control: Create, organise, and maintain all project-related documentation and site records.

  • Project coordination: Facilitate communication and information flow between the project manager, subcontractors, and clients as directed by the project management team.
  • Scheduling and tracking: Assist with project planning and scheduling, tracking progress against established timelines, and updating project logs and registers.
  • Compliance monitoring: Ensure all project activities adhere to company and contract specific processes.
