Project Administrator - Contract Role Duties Include:Processing of requests to create, amend and maintain Purchase Orders on COUPALiaising with the market advisor for any purchase order queries or requests not in the administrator accessRunning SAP reports as requested by Project Engineers and to verify Internal Order transactionsDealing with queries received in the shared email address for the Hub Admin team or by direct emailDealing with action or escalation within PROMPT via admin accessWeekly Parked and Blocked file processingMonthly processing of Goods Received Not InvoicedMonthly updating of weekly safety statistics in preparation for Team Meeting using the safety stats databaseDaily monitoring of compliance hub tasks, moving monthly or weekly as required.Maintaining shared files and updating proceduresForwarding Key Facts and Tool Box Talks to Global Engineering TeamsYou will be successful in this role if you;Have the ability to work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problemsAre able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities.
