Previous experience as an office administrator is essential, along with strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure is essential. The SME team supports small and medium-sized businesses by delivering projects, and initiatives that help them innovate and grow. We work closely with industry partners, providing practical solutions and guidance to address business challenges. Our focus is on collaboration, efficiency, and creating real impact for SMEs through well-managed projects and tailored support.
About You
A-level or equivalent; GCSE English and Maths (A–C/Grade 9-5). Significant experience in an administrative role. Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills (Excel). Ability to interpret large data sets and produce reports. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Discretion, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
