Summary: The role of Interim Project Accountant involves enhancing financial reporting and its impact on business performance for a leading company in South Manchester. Key Responsibilities:
- Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Month end duties
- Document process and procedures
- Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process
- Identify and make recommendations for opportunities to improve efficiency
- Produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
- Ensure alignment of budgets and forecasts with the firm’s strategic objectives
- Analyse financial performance, including revenue, profitability, utilisation, and cost control
Key Skills:
- Qualified or QBE
- Worked in a similar role previously
- Solid communicator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong systems and excel skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Salary (Rate): £325 daily

The role will be for 6 months initially with potential to get extended. Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role is looking to start asap
