Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and management accounts
- Supporting cash flow forecasting and project financial planning
- Managing accounting across project finance structures, including loans and financial instruments
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS standards (including IFRS 9 and IFRS 16)
- Supporting audits and maintaining strong financial controls
Key Skills:
- A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in financial reporting and IFRS
- Experience in large infrastructure, energy, or project-based environments
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills (SAP or similar preferred)
- Renewables or offshore wind experience is advantageous but not essential

I’m currently supporting a major offshore wind development in Scotland in the search for a Project Accountant to join their finance team. This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale infrastructure project, supporting financial reporting, cost control, and compliance across a complex, multi-contractor environment.
