Key Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout of NetSuite across multiple business units.
- Manage operational and transactional finance areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and general ledger processes.
- Assist with data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities.
- Contribute to system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to transactional finance teams.
- Identify process improvements and work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and external partners.
- Facilitate training and ensure strong communication between project teams and operational staff.
Key Skills:
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience in NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
- Strong understanding of core finance operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, cash management).
- Experience in both project-based and day-to-day finance work.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Problem-solving skills and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a hands-on Project Accountant with strong experience in the transactional finance aspects of NetSuite implementation. This role will support the rollout of NetSuite across multiple business units, focusing on the operational and transactional areas of finance such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and general ledger processes. In addition to supporting the ERP project, the role will also provide day-to-day operational support to the transactional finance teams, ensuring continuity of service and accurate processing during a time of change. What We’re Looking For As Project Accountant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our ERP implementation, with a focus on NetSuite. You’ll be involved in setting up and migrating key transactional finance processes, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and general ledger, while assisting with data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities. You'll contribute to system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support, helping to shape and document new workflows that align with business needs. Alongside project work, you’ll provide hands-on support to our finance teams, assisting with day-to-day operations, month-end close tasks, and resolving processing issues quickly. Your ability to spot process improvements and work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and external partners will be key to ensuring a smooth transition. You’ll also help facilitate training and act as a bridge between project teams and operational staff to ensure strong communication and successful system adoption.
About You We’re looking for a part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent experience) with hands-on experience in NetSuite or a similar ERP system, particularly within transactional finance. A strong understanding of core finance operations, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash management is essential, along with experience supporting both project-based and day-to-day finance work. You’ll bring excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and problem-solving skills, and the confidence to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
