Programme/Transformation Director/Manager (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Programme/Transformation Director/Manager who has been involved at a leadership level in a CRMB (Customer Relationship Management and Billing) system implementation within the Utility Sector.

You will be familiar with and understand the risks that come with different approaches to implementations.

You will have worked on large programmes with complexity that required significant technical and business transformation.

This is a leadership role that requires strong stakeholder management and influencing but also needs someone who is willing to step in to ensure the overall objective is achieved.

Candidates must demonstrate deep experience in:

• Large-scale CRMB transformation programmes involving the implementation of a market leading system (Kraken, Kaluza, Gentrack, Itineris or similar)
• Enterprise integration programme leadership.
• Client-side advisory engagements.
• Systems Integrator procurement preparation & strategy.
• Regulated procurement activities
• Business transformation and organisational change in the utility industry
