Summary: The Programme Test Manager will lead the testing strategy and execution for a significant cloud transformation programme, focusing on enhancing quality assurance within a complex environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage testing across a multi-stream cloud transformation programme.
  • Operate in a highly Agile environment using Azure DevOps to oversee test planning and delivery.
  • Streamline and modernise test approaches, with a strong emphasis on automation-first methodologies.
  • Oversee automation frameworks such as WebdriverIO, ReadyAPI, and Postman.
  • Interpret and action performance engineering test results to inform system improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, resolving issues constructively and sensitively.
  • Provide strategic direction to improve testing efficiency and enhance application delivery.
  • Ensure quality assurance and testing are effectively aligned across regulated programme areas.
