Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end programme test management activities
- Define and implement programme test strategies and plans
- Manage SIT, UAT and End-to-End Testing phases
- Coordinate testing across multiple projects and vendors
- Drive defect, risk and quality management processes
- Provide regular reporting and governance updates to senior stakeholders
- Ensure testing delivery aligns with programme timelines and objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Programme Test Manager on large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong background in test strategy, planning and execution
- Experience managing SIT, UAT and End-to-End Testing
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Strong risk, defect and quality management experience
- Ability to operate effectively within complex delivery environments
Desirable Experience
- Banking or Financial Services sector experience
- Experience working within regulated environments
Contract Details
- Rate: £550 per day
- Engagement: Inside IR35
