About the Role
As a Programme Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation in public services. You will be part of a team that collaborates with local authorities and government departments across the United Kingdom to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance public service outcomes.
The role requires you to lead and maintain motivated and collaborative teams, identify obstacles, and focus on product and service delivery. You will also coach team members using Agile and Lean tools and techniques, working closely with accelerators and policy teams to facilitate successful outcomes.
