Summary: The role of Programme Manager focuses on overseeing the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure work programme within the transportation planning sector. The position involves a hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of on-site and remote work in Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the successful delivery of the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure work programme.
• Report to the Transport Planning Manager and collaborate with the Programme Director.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure project control.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
• Utilize project management methodologies to guide project execution.

Key Skills:

• Trained in Project / Programme Management Methodology (PRINCE 2, PMP, RMP, APM, MSP or other).
• 5 years of experience managing large scale / complex projects and programmes.
• Strong attention to detail and financial reporting skills.
• Proficient in planning and project/programme control.
• Proven leadership, analytical, people management, and communication skills.
• Results-driven with stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Project or similar planning tools.
