Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager managing complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience managing business demand intake, project pipeline management, demand prioritisation, and portfolio planning.
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, business case development, investment approvals, and project initiation processes.
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders, executive leadership, PMO functions, and technology delivery teams.
- Excellent programme governance, RAID management, reporting, and delivery assurance capabilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience using PPM tools such as Planview, Clarity, Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
