Senior Programme Manager - Telecoms Security Act - Transformation

Location: Hybrid (8 days per month on site) Contract: Long-term contract (minimum to fiscal year-end)
I am seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager with a strong background in the UK telecommunications sector to support a portfolio of strategic transformation and regulatory programmes.
This role requires a self-sufficient Programme Manager who can take ownership of defined objectives and deliver them independently while engaging with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager within a major UK telecoms organisation (Virgin Media O2, BT, EE or similar).
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale transformation, migration, implementation, or business change programmes.
- Mandatory experience delivering Telecoms Security Act (TSA) programmes within a telecoms environment.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including C-Suite reporting and communications.
- Ability to work independently and drive programme outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Experience coordinating Business Analysts and working alongside Project Managers across multiple functions and programmes.
- Demonstrable longevity in previous roles and a track record of delivering long-term strategic programmes.
Desirable
- Experience leading large-scale regulatory change programmes.
- Exposure to network transformation or operational change initiatives.
