• Lead a key customer delivery programme for a Telecoms business in Glasgow.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, customer-facing enterprise programmes for Telecoms businesses.
• Drive programme delivery, manage key senior stakeholders, commercial performance, and ensure customer goals are delivered.
• Inherit an active programme of work and integrate new SOWs and projects into the delivery landscape.
• Ensure strong leadership to maintain performance and customer confidence as the programme expands with new project workstreams.
• Handle financial reporting, cost control, resource utilisation, and commercial oversight to ensure programme delivery operates within commercial guardrails.
• Oversee the delivery of multiple work packages from design through to execution.
• Establish strong programme governance including owning risk, issue, and dependency management end-to-end (RAID).
• Act as the senior delivery interface with the customer and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

Hybrid Working - initially 4 days/week working from the office based in Glasgow and 1 day/week working remotely from home (WFH).
