Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects are delivered with a Safety-First Mindset.
• Lead the implementation of linked key projects to achieve supply chain business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all programme-related matters.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams for effective programme implementation.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with appropriate governance.
• Manage individual projects and the overall programme as required.
• Develop and monitor programme budgets, reporting progress to the steering group.
• Manage risks and issues, ensuring effective communication and mitigation strategies.
• Understand and monitor internal and external dependencies on projects.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and identify further project opportunities.

Key Skills:

• Degree level education with 5+ years of Senior Project/Programme Management experience.
• Extensive supply chain and retail programme management experience across multiple geographies.
• Knowledge of programme and project management methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple supply chain projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Direct and indirect people management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience managing individual project budgets of at least £20m.
• Strong team working skills and ability to inspire trust.
• Self-starter with the ability to lead teams through complex projects.
