Summary: The Programme Manager Service Readiness will lead the coordination and implementation of a service design and transition strategy for an SAP S/4 HANA project at a global client. This role requires a strong focus on integrating various systems and IT services while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The position is hybrid, requiring travel within London or North England. The initial contract is for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement a programme-wide approach to Service Design and Transition for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Ensure seamless integration of core S/4HANA components with affected ancillary systems.
- Develop and implement programme-wide Service Design & Transition (SD&T) strategy.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communication at a senior level.
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as SoX, Privacy, and GxP.
- Apply policies, procedures, and risk management within regulatory frameworks.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in IT Service Management, Service Design, and Transition processes.
- Experience in developing and implementing SD&T strategy for SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systems.
- Experience in ECC/S/4 and non-SAP systems deployments in large global organisations.
- Solid understanding of project/programme management principles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with compliance regulations.

Here at RED, we are looking for an Programme Manager Service Readiness to start on an SAP S/4 HANA project for one of our global end clients.
The Programme Manager Service Readiness is expected to start ASAP and for an initial 12 months contract with a possibility of extension. The project will be Hybrid with 2/3 days travel within London or North England
What you will do:
As the Programme Manager Service Readiness for the Programme, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing a programme-wide approach to Service Design and Transition across the SAP S/4HANA implementation. This complex global deployment impacts numerous SAP & non-SAP systems as well as IT services, and you will ensure seamless integration with a focus on both the core S/4HANA components and any affected ancillary systems
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience in IT Service Management, Service Design, and Transition processes.
- Experience of developing and implementing programme-wide Service Design & Transition (SD&T) strategy covering all aspects of SAP S/4HANA deployments and affected non-SAP systems and IT services.
- Experience in ECC/S/4 and non-SAP systems deployments in large global organisations
- Solid understanding of project/programme management principles and experience within a large-scale programme environment.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations such as SoX, Privacy, and GxP.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication and relationship-building capabilities at a senior level.
- Experience applying policies, procedures, and risk management within regulatory frameworks.
