The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional project management role.
We're looking for someone who can take full ownership of programme delivery, working hands-on across product, technology, content and business teams.

Key programme components include:
- Delivery of a new Next.js front-end platform
- Transition of legacy property search capabilities to a microservices architecture
- Introduction of a new design system
- Migration to a headless CMS environment (Directus, Payload or similar)
- Content migration and creation of new templates and components
- Improvement of global property data feeds and visibility
- Property listing enrichment capabilities
- AI-driven enhancements across development and property search functionality
- International rollout across approximately 50 websites
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the end-to-end delivery of a global digital transformation programme
Managing multiple concurrent workstreams across product, design, engineering, content and data
Driving agile delivery across several teams and complex dependencies
Working closely with senior stakeholders to shape priorities and delivery plans
Leading backlog refinement, epic definition, story development and delivery planning
Translating business requirements into practical, coordinated technical outcomes
Identifying and resolving delivery risks and blockers before they impact progress
Supporting teams wherever required, whether that's testing, requirements clarification, content delivery or sprint planning
Essential Experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale website transformation, digital platform or CMS migration programmes
- Strong agile delivery leadership across multiple teams, products and workstreams
- Experience working with product owners and engineering leads to shape delivery outcomes
- Deep understanding of backlog management, epics, user stories and agile planning techniques
- Ability to break complex programmes into achievable delivery increments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to delivery
