Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end programme delivery meets time, cost, and quality outcomes.
• Own the successful delivery across all workstreams, including HR, payroll, finance, procurement, data, testing, and change.
• Establish and run the programme governance framework with timely reporting and escalation management.
• Drive stakeholder alignment around adopt-not-adapt principles and change readiness.

Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract SAP Programme Manager who has experience delivering Implementation projects, this is inside IR35, initially for 12 months and you need to go to client site in Nottingham 2 days a week.

Skills and experience for the role:

• Experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major SAP ERP transformation programme.
• This high-profile, multi-year programme includes the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), as well as associated change and data initiatives.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring outcomes are met across time, cost, and quality dimensions.
• Programme Leadership: Own the successful delivery of the SAP programme across all workstreams, including HR, payroll, finance, procurement, data, testing, and change.
• Governance and Reporting: Establish and run the programme governance framework. Provide timely, transparent reporting, escalation management, and decision-making support.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Drive stakeholder alignment, particularly around adopt-not-adapt principles, release planning, and change readiness.
