Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a major SAP ERP transformation programme.
- Own the successful delivery across all workstreams, including HR, payroll, finance, procurement, data, testing, and change.
- Establish and run the programme governance framework.
- Provide timely, transparent reporting, escalation management, and decision-making support.
- Drive stakeholder alignment around adopt-not-adapt principles, release planning, and change readiness.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring outcomes are met across time, cost, and quality dimensions.
Programme Leadership:
- Own the successful delivery of the SAP programme across all workstreams, including HR, payroll, finance, procurement, data, testing, and change.
