Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a Programme Manager (SAFe/Agile Transformation)
- Proven experience leading or coordinating complex IT or business change programmes
- Proven experience implementing, leading, and managing large-scale Agile programmes/SAFe transformation programmes
- Proven experience of programme-level governance, planning, and delivery controls
- Proven experience delivering at scale across functional and technical environments
- Proven experience working in a Consultancy environment working with senior stakeholder and third-party suppliers
- Agile Certified/SAFe Certified
- MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent programme management qualification
