Summary: The Programme Manager for Real-Time Data will lead a critical workstream within a major transformation programme, focusing on the delivery of real-time data and analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading delivery of real-time data and analytics capabilities within a full platform re-engineering initiative
  • Managing cross-functional dependencies across engineering, cloud/infrastructure, and a major vendor partner
  • Defining clear project scopes, timelines, and outcomes while keeping plans flexible and delivery agile
  • Driving collaboration between product, tech, and commercial teams—keeping everyone moving in the same direction
  • Representing progress, performance, and priorities to stakeholders and exec-level forums
  • Creating a delivery culture grounded in transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

Key Skills:

  • Deep experience in leading technology delivery programmes (5+ years), ideally with global or distributed teams
  • A solid grasp of real-time data systems and market data platforms, plus knowledge of cloud and infrastructure delivery
  • Someone who’s worked with vendors to co-develop complex technical solutions
  • Agile mindset and experience with Scrum methodologies; SAFe/PMI certs a bonus
  • Financial services or regulated environment experience preferred
  • Clear communicator, strong collaborator, and an advocate for delivery excellence

We’re looking for a confident and capable Programme Manager to take ownership of a key Real-Time Data workstream within a complex, high-visibility platform transformation. Working as part of a global, cross-functional programme team, you’ll drive delivery across engineering, product, and infrastructure to help reshape and modernise a full-tick market data ecosystem that powers mission-critical analytics.


This is a leadership-heavy role, where success hinges on your ability to align technical delivery with product strategy, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, and manage risk without losing momentum.
