Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of engineering programmes, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality targets are consistently achieved.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, Project Managers, including engineering teams, suppliers, finance teams, and senior executives.
- Lead programme governance, reporting, and compliance activities, ensuring transparency and robust decision-making.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and commercial negotiations to secure best-value outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks, ensuring resilience and continuity.
Key Skills:
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Significant experience delivering large-scale engineering or infrastructure programmes.
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrable ability to lead teams through complexity and change.
