Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a global consulting firm for an experienced Programme Manager to join a large-scale transformation programme at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) . The programme focuses on Oracle ERP (including Oracle Field Services), cost management processes, and regulatory reporting automation.
Key Details:
- Start : August start preferred (c.2–3 week lead time for onboarding and paperwork)
- Location : Hybrid – occasional travel to client site (in Scotland/South)
- Duration : Initial 6-12-month contract
- Rate : £800/day
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering Oracle ERP programmes (ideally Oracle Fusion Cloud)
- Strong background in financial transformation , cost structures (CBS) , and regulatory/statutory reporting
- Familiar with platforms including Oracle Field Services , Primavera Unifier , Azure , and Power BI
- Able to lead cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end change initiatives
- Experience delivering within regulated industries (e.g., energy, utilities, or financial services)
