Summary: My client, a global bank, is seeking a Programme Manager for maternity cover on a contract basis until 1st October 2026. The role involves managing technology delivery across multiple segments, focusing on use cases and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple technology projects simultaneously. Banking or financial services experience is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver multiple work streams within technology, overseeing 5+ projects or programmes simultaneously.
- Plan and manage stakeholder expectations, driving projects to completion.
- Understand and manage technology projects related to data assets, data pipelines, engineering, and data ingestion.
- Ensure effective delivery of technology solutions across various segments.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Programme Manager.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with technology projects, particularly in data-related areas.
- Background in banking or financial services.

- Programme Manager - 5+ years of experience - Need to have managed and delivered multiple work streams within technology at any given time ie managing 5+ projects or programmes
- Stakeholder Management - Planning and managing expectations of business and able to drive projects and push things through
- Experience with managing and understanding technology projects ideally within Data assets, data pipelines, engineering, data ingestion and capabilities etc
