Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end programme management across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs and delivery teams on complex tech projects.
- Lead programmes in a large-scale global organization impacting multiple locations.
- Engage and manage stakeholders, particularly at the C-suite level.
- Apply change management principles effectively.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, coordination, and conflict resolution skills.
- Conduct analytical planning and budgeting.
- Influence across technical and business functions.
- Utilize project governance frameworks and assurance practices.
- Employ project management tools and enterprise systems.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally.
- Deliver Active Directory programmes (preferred but not essential).

A large & well-known Financial Services organization, powered by Data & Technology, is currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager for a Global Transformation Programme.
Driving impactful delivery across a complex, international business landscape. We're looking for a contract Programme Manager who thrives on managing complex workstreams, excels in senior stakeholder engagement (including C-suite), and ensures outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope.
Role will be initially until the end of March 2026 (an extension expected), with a rate banding of £500 - £706 per day to umbrella company. Working in a flexible Hybrid-way, 1 day per week in Nottingham is required.
Our Client is looking for experienced candidates with the following knowledge & experience:
- Strong end to end programme management capability across scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk.
- Demonstrable experience working with technical SMEs and delivery teams on complex tech projects (Security, technology projects)
- Previously worked in a large scale global organisation leading programmes impacting multiple locations
- Exceptional stakeholder management - especially with C-suite level.
- Deep understanding of change management principles.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and budgeting capability.
- Ability to navigate and influence across technical and business functions.
- Familiarity with project governance frameworks and assurance practices.
- Knowledge of project management tools and enterprise systems.
- Clear, confident communicator - both written and verbal.
- Experience delivering Active Directory programme is preferred but not essential
