Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end Workday PSA and Financials implementation programme
  • Define and manage programme governance, delivery roadmap, and milestones
  • Oversee multiple work streams including Finance, PSA, integrations, data migration, testing, and change management
  • Act as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, and system integrators
  • Manage programme risks, dependencies, and budgets
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and Workday capabilities
  • Drive adoption and ensure successful transition to BAU post-implementation

Key Skills:

  • Proven Programme Management experience delivering Workday FINS / PSA implementations
  • Experience managing large-scale ERP or Finance transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management at C-suite and executive level
  • Experience managing system integrators and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Excellent governance, reporting, and programme delivery discipline

Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Financials implementation. This is a critical transformation programme and requires a senior leader with proven end-to-end Workday PSA and Financials implementation experience.

You will be responsible for delivering the full programme life cycle, from mobilisation and design through to deployment and post-go-live stabilisation, ensuring successful delivery across business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
