Summary: The Programme Manager will oversee integration planning and strategy alignment, ensuring that the integration roadmap aligns with the strategic goals of the organization. This role involves cross-functional coordination, governance, stakeholder management, risk and change management, and budget oversight. The position is hybrid based in Manchester and is expected to last until the end of the year. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the integration roadmap, aligning with strategic goals.
- Ensure integration objectives reflect the combined organization's vision and priorities.
- Coordinate with functional teams (IT, HR, Finance, Operations) for integration activities.
- Identify and resolve interdependencies to align all functions with the integration plan.
- Establish a governance framework, including steering committee and working group structures.
- Update senior leadership and key stakeholders on integration progress, decisions, and risks.
- Proactively identify and address integration-related risks and prepare contingency plans.
- Oversee change management activities to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Create detailed reports on milestones and performance against the integration plan.
- Monitor the integration budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Address budget variances and adjust forecasts based on evolving needs.
