Programme Manager - Integrated Product Team (Contract)

Summary: The Programme Manager will oversee the delivery of complex electro-mechanical projects, integrating software, firmware, and mechanical components. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate across cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, incorporating risk and schedule management.
• Oversee product delivery and manage transition activities to manufacturing and service delivery.
• Manage multiple project phases, resolving technical and quality issues with a focus on timelines.
• Maintain a strategic view of projects to meet time-to-market and commercial goals.
• Oversee budget management and resource planning for cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with the technical product lead/owner for product maintenance and enhancement.
• Utilize SCRUM, sprint, and release planning for efficient project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards and governance through reporting structure.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in project management, particularly with complex electro-mechanical products.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects across multiple disciplines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project portfolio management tools.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is preferred.
• Technical understanding of system design and transfer into manufacturing.
