Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on delivery of assigned projects
- Plan, manage and deliver through a team of project managers a series of building refurbishments and fit out
- Procure contractors in accordance with the Agency's Procurement policies
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery
- Provide and ensure regular status reporting for the overall programme
- Manage and oversee the internal procurement process for assigned projects
- Manage the performance of key supply agents in the delivery of assigned projects
- Manage the project management team under your supervision
Key Skills:
- Recognised qualification in a relevant property-related discipline
- Membership of a professional body such as APM, RICS, or equivalent relevant experience
- Working knowledge of the construction industry, including fit-out and refurbishment works
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety at Work Act, compliance requirements, building legislation, CDM, and Building Regulations
- Proven track record of delivering new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects on time and within budget
- Experience in developing and implementing programme and project management governance
- Skilled in developing and managing standard forms of construction and building contracts such as NEC3/4 and JCT

About You
- Holds a recognised qualification in a relevant property-related discipline, with membership of a professional body such as APM, RICS, or has equivalent relevant experience.
