Key Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery status report out and accuracy of the facts
- Vendor relationship management – running RFPs and contract management
- Control financial & resource forecasts & actuals to budget
- Overall responsibility for delivering the product to time, cost & quality
- Drives the team to ensure velocity is maintained / changes managed in line with expectations
- Ensure wider organisation is engaged & aligned to feature team needs, including timely / pre-emptive governance, approvals, dispensations
Key Skills:
- E2E program/project delivery experience
- Managing and navigating through multiple component teams and tracking their deliverables
- Managing stakeholders at different levels (business, technology, and leadership)
- Strong experience in JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to drive RAIDs and manage the critical path
- Excellent communication skills
- Background in financial services—specifically in cards, payments, risk, or collections and recoveries
- Experience of Agile delivery methodologies

Summary: Candidates should not be very data migration heavy. This is a processing engine, which at either side has a lot of changes up and downstream to function – a lot of the components aren’t within our control, so we need someone who has a lot of drive and experience in E2E multiple component delivery – where articulation and influence are highly valued traits. Must have experience in multi-component delivery. clear on working with stakeholders outside of direct control/influence.
Skills: E2E program/ project delivery experience. I.e. Managing and navigating through multiple component teams and tracking their deliverables. Managing Stakeholders at different levels. I.e. Business, technology and leadership. Demonstrate experience with engaging each type of stakeholders. Strong experience in JIRA, Confluence (writing JQL queries etc.) and how that can be best put to use in handling the above. I.e. Data driven delivery. Candidates who can work effectively in a matrix organization and hold component teams accountable for timelines and cost. Strong proficiency in JIRA. Experience of Agile delivery methodologies and practical experience of managing sprint-based deliveries Understand at a high level the interface between complex business needs and the complex legal and regulatory environment in which the business operates. Ability to juggle priorities, multi-task and flawlessly execute at speed. Sound commercial judgment and overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry, particularly the business impact of the regulatory environment.
