Programme Manager Location: Nottingham (Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite) Contract: Initial 6 Months Start: September Rate: £700 Inside IR35
We're seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join a large-scale technology programme, leading multiple workstreams across infrastructure, transformation, and remediation initiatives.
You'll be responsible for coordinating complex programmes, managing senior stakeholders, overseeing third-party vendors, and driving delivery across globally distributed teams. The role requires someone who can confidently work in a technical environment while maintaining a strong focus on governance, planning, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple technology programmes and workstreams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
- Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
- Develop business cases and programme reporting.
- Oversee programme governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Support strategic infrastructure and Active Directory initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and governance experience.
- Experience managing third-party vendors.
- Ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Experience developing business cases.
Desirable:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
- Active Directory or infrastructure transformation programme experience.
